Carolina Kitchen Exhaust

How it works

How service requests work

Carolina Kitchen Exhaust coordinates service requests. An independent provider confirms availability, provides the estimate, and performs the work under its own agreement.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your kitchen

Share your business name, city or ZIP, a contact method, and what you know about your hoods and preferred service time. Photos are optional and no measurements are needed.

  2. Step 2

Review scope and timing with an independent provider

We review the request and check availability with an independent exhaust-cleaning provider serving your location. When a provider is available, your details are shared with them — with your permission — so they can confirm scope, timing and pricing with you.

  3. Step 3

    Decide whether to schedule

If the estimate works for you, you schedule and contract directly with the provider. You’re never obligated to book.

How often should a system be cleaned?

Frequency depends on the type and volume of cooking and the system’s condition. NFPA 96 is the widely used standard for commercial cooking ventilation, and your local fire authority determines what applies to your kitchen. A qualified provider can assess your system.
